Legal Specialist (Intellectual Property)

法律专员（知识产权方向）

岗位职责： 

1.负责管理中心知识产权资产，包括专利、商标、版权、专有技术和商业秘密；

2.支持制定和实施符合组织目标和监管要求的知识产权政策与战略；

3.协调并与专利代理机构及外部法律顾问就专利申报、审查及授权后维护事宜进行沟通对接；

4.协助起草和审阅各类合同及法律文件，包括知识产权许可、合作、保密及技术转让协议；

5.与内部部门协作，提供法律咨询和支持；

6.根据需要执行其他分配的工作任务。

任职要求：

1.法学本科及以上学历（知识产权方向优先）；

2.持有中国内地或香港的法律职业资格，同时具备法律职业资格和专利代理师资格者优先；

3.熟悉科技型企业或科研机构的知识产权管理体系与实践；

4.具备优秀的中英文语言能力；

5.1-3年知识产权法律相关经验，有律师事务所或科技型企业法务部门工作经历者优先。

Job duties

1.Responsible for managing IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, know-now, and trade secrets.

2.Support the development and implementation of IP policies and strategies aligned with organization goals and regulatory requirements.

3.Coordinate and communicate with patent agencies and external counsel on patent filings, prosecutions, and post grant maintenance.

4.Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal documents, including IP licensing, collaboration, confidentiality, and technology transfer agreements.

5.Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal advice and support.

6.Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Law (IP specialization preferred)

2.Hold or be eligible for legal professional qualification in Mainland China or Hong Kong.

3.Candidates with both Legal Professional Qualification and Patent Agent Qualification will be given priority.

4.Familiarity with IP management systems and practices in technology companies or scientific research institutions.

5.Excellent command of English and Chinese.

6. Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in IP legal work, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department of a tech-focused organization.
