Control Algorithm Engineer

控制算法工程师



岗位职责

1.负责柔性机器人运动控制算法开发与调试,包括正逆运动学、雅可比建模和运动学标定等;

2.负责机械臂动力学算法开发与调试,包括动力学建模、动力学参数辨识等;

3.负责机器人力控算法开发与调试,包括阻抗控制、力反馈控制等;

4.参与医疗机器人控制系统的方案设计,参与控制系统硬件搭建与测试;

5.负责相关技术文件整理与专利的撰写。


任职要求

1.硕士及以上学历,机器人、自动化、计算机、控制工程等相关专业;

2.两年以上工作经验,具备扎实的机器人学相关知识,具有完整的机器人运动控制研发经历;

3.熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言(如C/C++、QT),具有较强的实践能力;

4.熟悉多轴控制器、驱动器及伺服电机的使用及调试,熟悉EtherCAT等现场总线通讯模式;

5.工作积极认真,责任心强;团队协作意识强,具有良好的交流沟通能力、协调、解决问题能力。

Job Responsibilities

1.Develop and debug motion control algorithms for flexible robots, including forward/inverse kinematics, Jacobian modeling, and kinematic calibration.

2.Develop and debug robotic arm dynamics algorithms, including dynamics modeling and parameter identification.

3.Develop and debug force control algorithms for robots, such as impedance control and force feedback control.

4.Participate in the design of control system solutions for medical robots and assist in the construction and testing of control system hardware.

5.Organize relevant technical documents and draft patent applications.


 Job Requirements

1.Master’s degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Computer Science, Control Engineering, or related fields.

2.At least 2 years of work experience, with solid knowledge of robotics and a proven track record in developing complete robotic motion control systems.

3.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, QT) with strong hands-on skills.

4.Familiarity with multi-axis controllers, drivers, and servo motors, as well as experience with EtherCAT and other fieldbus communication protocols.

5.Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.

6.Excellent teamwork, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
