Video Algorithm Engineer (Algorithm Development & Intelligent Video Editing Application)

算法工程师(视频分析算法落地与智能剪辑应用方向)



岗位职责

1.基于多模态大模型的视频分析、视频编辑和自动摘要算法的产品化落地,确保算法成果在实际产品中稳定运行;

2.运用 HuggingFace Transformers、TimeSformer、VideoMAE 等先进框架,主导模型训练、优化、量化与部署;

3.负责视频智能剪辑功能的实现,包括视频时序定位、精彩片段识别与自动剪辑、生成视频摘要与高光集锦;

4.持续优化线上视频剪辑算法的精度、实时性与稳定性,解决应用中的技术问题;

5.与产品团队、前端开发紧密协作,推动智能视频编辑产品功能高效落地。


任职要求

1.计算机科学或相关领域硕士及以上学历,3年以上算法开发与产品落地经验;

2.丰富的视频分析算法落地经验(视频时序定位、视频编辑与摘要、动作识别等);

3.熟练掌握 HuggingFace Transformers、TimeSformer、VideoMAE、SlowFast 等视频分析框架;

4.有实际的视频智能剪辑、摘要或自动化视频编辑项目经验;

5.优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力,良好的软件工程素养。

 

优先考虑条件

1.具备医疗s视频分析尤其是手术视频分析相关项目经验;

2.熟悉自监督学习、对比学习、行为识别、动作定位或视频理解模型  

3.有大规模模型训练、分布式训练或模型部署优化经验(如TensorRT、ONNX)  

4.对视频编辑工具与自动化剪辑流程有了解  

5.具备良好的代码风格与版本控制习惯(Git)。

Job Responsibilities

1.Lead the development, optimization, and productization of AI algorithms for surgical video analysis, intelligent editing, and automated summarization;

2.Implement end-to-end deep learning workflows using advanced models and frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, TimeSformer, VideoMAE, SlowFast, MMAction2, etc;

3.Develop intelligent video editing functionalities including accurate temporal localization of critical events, automatic extraction of highlight clips, and automated generation of concise video summaries;

4.Continuously optimize deployed algorithms' accuracy, speed, and stability, addressing real-world application challenges;

5.Work closely with product and software engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of algorithm modules into production systems.


 Job Requirements

1.Master’s degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in algorithm development and real-world deployment;

2.Rich hands-on experience in video analysis tasks (temporal localization, intelligent video editing, summarization, action recognition, etc.); 

3.Proficiency in HuggingFace Transformers, TimeSformer, VideoMAE, SlowFast, MMAction2, or other advanced video analysis frameworks;

4.Strong software engineering skills, proficiency in Python and PyTorch, and practical experience deploying machine learning models into production environments;

5.Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and cross-team communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

1.Prior experience in medical video analysis, especially related to surgical video;

2.Familiarity with multimodal large language models (Video-LLaVA, Qwen-VL), generative models, or self-supervised learning; 

3.Experience with large-scale model training, distributed training, or deployment optimization (TensorRT, ONNX);

4.Good version control (Git) and coding standards
