Process Engineer - Flexible Medical Devices, Flexible Sensors

工艺工程师-柔性医疗器械、柔性传感器

岗位职责

1.负责医疗器械产品的结构设计、原型制作、组装和测试； 

2.负责设计产品的支撑夹具； 

3.优化现有产品的设计，提高产品性能； 

4.撰写各种文件，如专利和产品手册； 

5.有光纤测试经验者优先。

任职要求

1.机械工程、车辆工程、航空航天工程、光学工程或相关专业本科或以上学历；  

2.有医疗设备设计经验者，熟悉多芯光纤传感原理，熟悉编织结构工艺优先；  

3.熟练使用设计软件（SolidWorks）和常用办公软件；  

4.良好的沟通和协调能力，以及强烈的团队合作精神；  

5.热衷于探索新技术，善于总结和分享研究成果。

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for structural design, prototyping, assembly and testing of medical device products;

2.Responsible for designing support fixtures for products;

3.Optimize the design of existing products to improve product performance;

4.Write various documents such as patents and product manuals;

5.Experience in fiber optic testing is preferred.

 Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Optical Engineering or related field;

2.Experience in medical device design, familiarity with multi-core fiber optic sensing principles, and familiarity with braided structure process is preferred; 

3.Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks) and common office software;

4.Good communication and coordination skills, as well as strong teamwork spirit;

5.Enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and good at summarizing and sharing research results.
