 Research Assistant (Robotic Controls - Mechanical Design Engineer)

研究助理（机器人控制方向-机械设计工程师）

岗位概述

多臂手术机器人方向的机械设计工程师，负责医生控制台车与主手的设计、打样、装配工作。

岗位职责

1.参与手术机器人的部件结构设计，根据产品需求完成医生控制台车、主手的设计、优化，以及零部件选型工作；

2.负责研发样机的试产跟进，对产品技术状态进行现场分析，并不断优化，保障产品的稳定、可靠；

3.协同电子电气工程师完成整体结构、电气、线束的集成，实现机电一体化；

4.负责标准件选型、零部件图纸绘制、外发加工与装配；

5.负责相关技术文件整理，BOM管理与专利的撰写。

任职要求

1.机械相关专业，硕士及以上学历，且具有扎实的机械/机电设计/传动理论基础；

2.熟悉熟练使用机械设计软件（如SolidWorks、AutoCAD）进行3D建模和2D制图；

3.具备2年及以上机器人本体或医疗器械相关开发经验，熟悉医疗机器人机械设计经验优先；

4.熟悉减速器、编码器、齿轮传动等传动件选型；

5.团队协作意识强，能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的交流沟通能力，具有强烈的责任心，自驱工作。

Position Overview

A mechanical design engineer on the multi-arm surgical robot system, responsible for the design, prototyping, and assembly of the doctor's console cart and main hand.

Job Responsibilities

1.Participate in the structural design of the components of the surgical robot, and complete the design and optimization of the doctor's console cart and main hand according to the product requirements, as well as the selection of components;

2.Responsible for R&D prototype trial production follow-up, on-site analysis of product technical status, and continuous optimization to ensure product stability and reliability;

3.Cooperate with electrical and electronic engineers to complete the overall structure, electrical, wiring harness integration, to achieve mechanical and electrical integration;

4.Responsible for standard parts selection, parts drawing, outgoing processing and assembly;

5.Responsible for the organization of related technical documents, BOM management and patent writing.

Job Requirements

1.Mechanical related majors, master degree or above, and have solid mechanical/electromechanical design/transmission theory foundation;

2.Familiar with the use of mechanical design software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and 2D drawing;

3. 2 years+ experience in robot body or medical device related development, familiar with medical robot mechanical design experience is preferred;

4.Familiar with gearbox, encoder, gear drive and other transmission parts selection;

5.Strong sense of teamwork, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, have good communication skills, have a strong sense of responsibility, self-driven work;
