Job Responsibilities
1. Develop AI-driven medical image analysis algorithms for ultrasound/CT/MRI, with emphasis on:
a. Ultrasound image plane recognition & localization
b. Real-time lesion detection, segmentation, and size measurement
c. 3D ultrasound reconstruction
2. Build large-scale, multi-center, multimodal medical imaging databases and lightweight deployment models for clinical applications.
3. Publish high-impact papers (CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, TPAMI, TMI, MedIA, etc.) and file national invention patents.
4. Assist in grant applications and clinical translation of research outcomes.
Requirements
1. PhD in Medical Image Processing, Computer Vision, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Deep expertise in ultrasound physics, clinical workflows, and prior experience in ultrasound AI projects (preferred).
3. Proficiency in C/C++, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
4. Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals.
5. Experience in healthcare AI applications is a plus.

岗位职责
1. 研发基于超声/CT/MRI的智能影像分析算法,重点突破超声影像的切面识别与定位、实时病灶检测、分割与尺寸测量,以及超声影像三维重建技术。
2. 构建大规模多中心、多模态医学影像数据库,开发面向落地场景的轻量化部署模型。
3. 发表高水平研究论文(包括CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、TPAMI、TMI、MedIA 等),申请国家发明专利。
4. 协助科研项目申请工作。
5. 协助研究成果的落地转化工作。
职位要求
1. 博士学位,医学影像处理、计算机视觉、生物医学工程等相关专业。
2. 精通超声影像物理特性及临床工作流,具有超声影像AI项目经验者优先。
3. 熟练掌握C/C++、PyTorch/TensorFlow框架。
4. 具备较强的科研能力,有顶级会议或期刊论文发表经历。
5. 有医疗场景研究经验者优先。
