Job Responsibilities
1. Image quality optimization: Debug image processing algorithm parameters (such as white balance, auto exposure, noise reduction, sharpening, color correction, etc.) to ensure clear output images, accurate colors, and rich details. Resolve image issues such as noise, artifacts, overexposure/underexposure, color cast, etc., optimize dynamic range and low light performance.
2. Hardware adaptation and debugging: Coordinate with the camera module (Sensor, lens, ISP chip) for parameter calibration to ensure that the hardware and algorithm work together. Debug the characteristics of different sensors (such as Howell) to adapt to multi vendor hardware platforms. Experience in ISP debugging in the medical industry is preferred.
3. Scenario based optimization: Customize optimization solutions for different scenarios (motion, HDR). Test and optimize imaging performance under complex lighting conditions (with different lighting intensities).
4. Algorithm validation and subjective and objective evaluation: Design test cases and verify image quality through laboratory tools (such as Imatest, IQ Analyzer) and real shooting. Subjective and objective evaluation of image quality, writing evaluation report.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of work experience in the field of image processing optimization.
2. Deeply understand the ISP Tuning process, familiar with ISP Pipeline, and have extensive experience in camera products.
3. Familiar with the basic principles of ISP algorithm modules, proficient in IQ tuning for image Shading/CCM/AE/AWB/Gamma/Sharpen/2D denoising/3D denoising/bad pixel correction/distortion correction, color difference correction, etc.
4. ISP debugging experience with mainstream platforms such as HiSilicon and Rockchip Micro is preferred.
5. Proficient in image quality assessment and analysis, with a certain understanding of image equipment, familiar with the analysis methods and calculation principles of objective image indicators, possessing the ability to select subjective outdoor scenes, and having professional cognitive ability for the quality of images.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Understand image color theory and master image quality evaluation methods and tools (such as Imatest, Dxo).

2. 硬件适配与调试：配合摄像头模组（Sensor、镜头、ISP芯片）进行参数校准，确保硬件与算法协同工作。调试不同传感器（如豪威）的特性，适配多厂商硬件平台，有医疗行业ISP调试经验这优先。
3. 场景化调优：针对不同场景（运动、HDR）定制优化方案。测试并优化复杂光照条件（配合不同光照强度）下的成像效果。
4. 算法验证与主客观评价：设计测试用例，通过实验室工具（如Imatest、IQ-Analyzer）和实拍验证图像质量。主客观评价图像质量，撰写评价报告。
职位要求
1. 本科学历及以上学历，在图像处理优化领域有3年以上工作经验。
2. 深入理解ISP Tuning流程，熟悉ISP Pipeline，具备丰富的Camera产品相关经验。
3. 熟悉ISP各算法模块的基本原理，精通图像Shading/CCM/AE/AWB/Gamma/Sharpen/2D去噪/3D去噪/坏点校正/畸变校正色差校正等的IQ tuning。
4. 具有海思、瑞芯微等主流平台的ISP调试经验优先考虑。
5. 精通图像质量评估与分析，对图像设备有一定了解，熟悉图像客观指标的分析方法与计算原理，具备室外主观场景的选择能力，对图像的好坏有专业的认知能力。
6. 较强的沟通与协作能力。
7. 了解图像色彩理论并掌握图像质量评价方法和评测工具（如Imatest、Dxo）。
