IT Operation Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. System operation and maintenance management

a. Maintain enterprise IT infrastructure (server/network equipment/cloud platform) to ensure system efficiency and stability.

b. Deploy network security solutions (firewall/DLP/IDS-IPS), perform daily security monitoring and vulnerability remediation.

c. Manage GPU computing clusters (NVIDIA driver/CUDA environment/Slurm scheduling) to optimize AI model training performance.

d. Maintain the code management platform (GitLab/CI-CD process) and implements data backup and disaster recovery.

2. Technical support services

a. System monitoring and emergency response.

b. Write automation scripts (Python/Shell) to improve operation and maintenance efficiency.

c. Prepare technical documents and operation manuals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Information Engineering.

2. Two years or more experience in internal IT operation and maintenance.

3. Technical skills:

a. Proficient in Linux/Windows system administration.

b. Familiar with VMware/Kubernetes virtualization technology.

c. NVIDIA GPU server management experience.

d. Knowledge of Ansible/Jenkins automation tools.

e. CCNA/Red Hat certification is a plus.

4. Language Requirements:

a. Must be fluent in Cantonese.

b. Good written communication skills in English and Chinese.

c. Able to handle unexpected technical problems independently, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

职位要求

1. 计算机科学/信息工程本科以上学历

2. 两年或以上企业内部IT运维经验

3. 技术能力：

a. 精通Linux/Windows系统管理

b. 熟悉VMware/Kubernetes虚拟化技术

c. 具备NVIDIA GPU服务器管理经验

d. 掌握Ansible/Jenkins自动化工具

e. 具备CCNA/Red Hat认证者优先

4. 语言要求：

a. 必须流利粤语

b. 中英文书面沟通能力良好

c. 能独立处理突发技术问题，具备跨部门协作能力
