Research Assistant (Operating Room Scene Understanding)

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in multi-view data collection, annotation, preprocessing, and analysis.   

2. Contribute to algorithm development, optimization, and performance evaluation.   

3. Support multimodal fusion research and visualize experimental results.  

4. Manage data processing, experiments, and daily project operations.  

5. Assist in academic paper writing and technical report preparation.  

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, electrical engineering, or related fields.  

2. Foundational knowledge in CV/deep learning and AI frameworks (PyTorch, etc.).   

3. Basic understanding of data collection, preprocessing, and annotation.  

4. Interest in multimodal learning or surgical scene analysis.  

5. Strong teamwork and learning agility.  

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in scene graph generation/reasoning.  

2. Familiarity with multimodal LLMs (CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, InternVL, QwenVL).  

3. Background in operating room research (behavior analysis, workflow recognition).   

4. Experience in medical imaging, surgical video analysis, or video summarization.  

5. Knowledge of privacy-preserving techniques and medical data security.

岗位职责

1. 协助团队进行手术室场景的多视角数据采集、标注、预处理与分析；

2. 参与场景图生成算法的基础开发与优化，支持实验设计和模型性能评估；

3. 协助多模态数据融合与动态场景解析的研究，完成实验结果的整理与可视化；

4. 支持科研项目的日常运行，包括数据处理与实验管理；

5. 配合团队完成学术论文撰写或技术报告编制。

职位要求

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程等相关学科的本科学历及以上；

2. 具有计算机视觉或深度学习基础，熟练掌握人工智能算法开发主流框架（如 PyTorch、Huggingface Transformers，LLaMA Factory）及相关工具；

3. 对数据采集、预处理和标注有基本了解，具备良好的动手能力；

4. 有多模态学习或手术室场景研究兴趣者优先；

5. 具备良好的学习能力和团队协作能力。

优先考虑

1. 有场景图生成 / 推理方面的经验。

2. 熟悉多模态大语言模型（CLIP, BLIP, LLaVA, InternVL, QwenVL）。

3. 有手术室研究方面的背景（行为分析、工作流程识别）。

4. 有医学影像、手术视频分析或视频总结方面的经验。

5. 了解隐私保护技术以及医学数据安全方面的知识。
