Front-End Developer (Top-tier AI research institute/Fresh Graduate Welcome!)

Job Responsibilities

1. Design and develop front-end architectures for web applications, delivering high-performance and highly available user interfaces;

2. Build high-quality UI components and implement interactive features based on product requirements;

3. Continuously optimize website performance, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and maintainability;

4. Write clean, maintainable code, documentation, and test cases to ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 2+ years of front-end development experience (exceptional fresh graduates may apply);

2. Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; hands-on experience with React.js/Vue.js and large-scale projects;

3. Strong understanding of front-end engineering principles and tools like Webpack, Vite, or Rollup;

4. Experience in component-based development, with knowledge of design patterns and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Pinia);

5. Familiarity with front-end/back-end separation and API integration (RESTful, WebSocket);

6. Strong coding standards, attention to detail, and a focus on performance optimization;

7. Excellent communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to drive projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with TypeScript;

2. Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or micro-frontend architecture;

3. Cross-platform development skills (e.g., mini-programs, React Native, Flutter);

4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing;

5. Active contributions to open-source projects, tech blogs, or a strong GitHub profile are a plus.

职位要求

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，2年及以上前端开发经验（优秀应届毕业生也可）；

2. 精通 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript； 熟练掌握React / Vue前端框架，有大型项目开发经验；

3. 理解前端工程化理念，熟悉 Webpack / Vite / Rollup 等构建工具；

4. 具备组件化开发经验，熟悉常见设计模式与状态管理方案（如 Redux / Vuex / Pinia）；

5. 熟悉前后端分离开发模式，了解 RESTful API / WebSocket 等通信协议；

6. 有良好的代码风格和开发习惯，关注细节与性能优化；

7. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能主动推动项目落地。

优先考虑

1. 有 TypeScript开发经验；

2. 有服务端渲染（SSR）、前端微服务等相关经验；

3. 有跨端开发经验（如小程序、React Native、Flutter等）；

4. 有CI/CD、自动化测试经验；

5. 有技术博客、开源项目、GitHub活跃记录者优先。
