Natural Language Processing Algorithm Intern / Research Assistant

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

1、Algorithm Research: Explore and develop novel algorithms to enhance AI applications in surgery

2、Algorithm Implementation: Deploy AI algorithms to real surgical scenarios and optimize their implementation.

Job Requirements:

1、Educational Background: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in artificial intelligence, computer science, automation, mathematics, or a related field. 

2、Programming Skills: Solid programming skills, proficient in Python and PyTorch. Experience in programming competitions (ACM/ICPC, Kaggle) with awards is a plus. Familiarity with large language models is highly desirable. 

3、Project Experience: Preference for candidates who have participated in impactful natural language processing or computer vision projects. 

4、Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of diving deep into model training and application issues. 

5、Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive work attitude, and a willingness to explore new technologies with team members.

职位职责：

1、算法研究：探索并开发新颖的算法，以加强人工智能在外科手术中的应用

2、算法部署：将 AI 算法部署到真实的手术情境中，并优化其执行

职位要求：

 1、目前就读于人工智能、计算机科学、自动化、数学或相关领域的学士或研究所。

2、程序设计技能：扎实的程序设计技能，精通 Python 和 PyTorch。有编程比赛（ACM/ICPC、Kaggle）获奖经验者优先。熟悉大型语言模型者更佳。

3、项目经验：曾参与具影响力的自然语言处理或计算机视觉项目者优先。

4、解决问题的能力：优异的分析与问题解决能力，能够深入探讨模型训练与应用问题。

5、沟通与合作：强大的沟通与团队合作能力、积极主动的工作态度、愿意与团队成员共同探索新技术。
