Job Responsibilities:

  1. Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Computer Hardware and Peripherals:  Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware such as servers, routers, printers, and other peripherals.They troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure smooth device operation.
  2. Installation and Maintenance of Computer Application Software:  Handle the installation and upgrades of operating systems, office software, database management systems, and other application software. Address software-related problems to maintain system stability.
  3. Configuration and Maintenance of Internal Computer Networks: Configure and manage internal company networks, including LANs, wireless networks, and internet connections. Ensure network security, handle network issues, and optimize network performance.
  4. Big Data Platform Setup and Maintenance: Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage systems to handle large volumes of data.
  5. Code Version Management and Encryption: Plan and select appropriate code and version management software, maintain code repositories, and ensure security.



Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with Linux systems, basic command-line usage, and understanding of system-level operations. Ability to write Shell scripts for automating operational tasks. 3. Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible and Puppet.
  3. Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network packet capture tools (such as TCPdump), firewall configuration (such as IPtables), and monitoring tools (such as Zabbix).
  4. Proficiency in LAMP or LNMP stacks, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, and other foundational services.
  5. Understanding of big data and cloud computing concepts, along with familiarity in setting up and maintaining big data platforms.
  6. Knowledge of system performance and security, encryption/decryption principles, and experience with encryption tools.
