Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR services including talent acquisition, talent development, and employee benefits etc.;
- Assist in different recruitment programs such as Career Fair and Internship Scheme.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements, advising management on necessary actions.
- Prepare human resources relevant data and analysis reports.
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and administrative matters as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years working experience in human resources, possession of a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in hiring from overseas and mainland China.
- Work experience in an NGO, University, State-owned Enterprise (Mainland China) is desirable.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is required;
- Able to complete work independently, have a good sense of confidentiality, and can maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
