Surgical Large Language Model Algorithm Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Large language model engineering implementation: Responsible for key aspects such as inference optimization and model deployment.
2.  Research and implementation of large language model applications: Involving technologies like AI-Agent, RAG, LangChain, etc.
3.  Model architecture design and optimization: Enhancing model performance according to business needs.
4.  NLP technology platform and tool construction: Improving the R&D efficiency of the team.
5.  System application of research findings: Applying the latest research outcomes to large model systems.

Job Requirements:

1.  Proficient in Python, familiar with Linux environment development, and expert in using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch;
2.  Continuously keep up with cutting-edge deep learning technologies, understand advanced deep learning related algorithms, familiar with models structures like Transformer;
3.  Capable of analyzing, defining, and solving problems, with a continuous drive to face challenges;
4.  Priority for those with practical experience in fine-tuning large-scale models or those with strong research capabilities.
