Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer

自然语言处理（NLP）工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Develop and optimize natural language processing and large language model technologies to meet the needs of practical application scenarios.
2.  Full-cycle NLP model management: including training, tuning, validation, and deployment.
3.  Research cutting-edge technologies: including Long Context, RAG, AI-Agent, LangChain, expert-level large models, etc.
4.  Execute corpus data engineering tasks: pre-training, fine-tuning data management, and industry data mining.

Job Requirements:

1.  Solid NLP foundations, rich project experience, and the ability to independently conduct model training and optimization.
2.  Proficiency in NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
3.  Familiarity with Linux operations and experience with databases and big data processing, such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc.
4.  Excellent logical thinking, communication, collaboration, and self-learning abilities.
5.  Candidates with LLM (Large Language Model) related project experience and data flywheel development background will be given priority.
