Medical Image Processing Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Develop advanced algorithms for anatomical structure segmentation, lesion segmentation, CT segmentation, etc.
2.  Utilize computer vision technology to enhance the analysis and understanding of surgical videos.
3.  Develop efficient data processing tools to optimize the quality and accuracy of medical image data.

Job Requirements:

1.  Familiar with medical imaging data engineering and algorithm development processes.
2.  Have an in-depth understanding of at least one common vision task such as object detection, semantic segmentation, and instance segmentation.
3.  Familiar with commonly used medical imaging software, such as 3D Slicer, ITK-SNAP, ImageJ, etc.
4.  Priority consideration for those with experience in object detection/segmentation/recognition data annotation and cleaning; candidates with experience in data flywheel development will be given priority.
