Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage HR operations through orientation, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; plan, monitor, appraise and review staff job contributions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on necessary actions.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and communicate effectively with various parties of interest. Build relationships with staff and leadership across the organization.
- Assume responsibility and perform any other HR duties as assigned by senior management.

- 通過入職、培訓、輔導、輔導和紀律管理員工;計劃、監督、評估和審查員工的工作貢獻。
- 確保遵守內部政策和當地法律要求,强制遵守要求,就必要的行動向管理層提出建議。
- 作爲員工關係的聯絡點,與各方利益有效溝通。與整個組織的員工和領導建立關係。
- 承擔和執行高級管理層分配的其他人力資源職責。
Job requirements:
- Possession of a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- HR certification is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in hiring from overseas and mainland China.
- Work experience in an NGO, University, State-owned Enterprise (Mainland China) is desirable.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin).
- 擁有人力資源或相關專業的學士/碩士學位。
- 有人力資源認證優先。
- 具有海外和中國內地招聘經驗。
- 有非政府組織、大學、國有企業(中國大陸)工作經驗者優先。
- 優秀的傾聽、談判和表達能力。
- 良好的中英文書面和口頭表達能力(包括普通話)。
