Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the recruitment and selection process.
  2. Manage HR operations through orientation, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; plan, monitor, appraise and review staff job contributions.
  3. Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on necessary actions.
  4. Serve as the point of contact for employee relations and communicate effectively with various parties of interest. Build relationships with staff and leadership across the organization.
  5. Assume responsibility and perform any other HR duties as assigned by senior management.

  2. 通過入職、培訓、輔導、輔導和紀律管理員工;計劃、監督、評估和審查員工的工作貢獻。
  3. 確保遵守內部政策和當地法律要求,强制遵守要求,就必要的行動向管理層提出建議。
  4. 作爲員工關係的聯絡點,與各方利益有效溝通。與整個組織的員工和領導建立關係。
  5. 承擔和執行高級管理層分配的其他人力資源職責。


Job requirements:

  1. Possession of a BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
  2. HR certification is highly preferred.
  3. Demonstrable experience in hiring from overseas and mainland China.
  4. Work experience in an NGO, University, State-owned Enterprise (Mainland China) is desirable.
  5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. High proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin).


  1. 擁有人力資源或相關專業的學士/碩士學位。
  2. 有人力資源認證優先。
  3. 具有海外和中國內地招聘經驗。
  4. 有非政府組織、大學、國有企業(中國大陸)工作經驗者優先。
  5. 優秀的傾聽、談判和表達能力。
  6. 良好的中英文書面和口頭表達能力(包括普通話)。
