Research Interests: Surgical Robot, Continuum Robot, Soft Robot, Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgical (NOTES) device
Dr. Guokai Zhang received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin University, China. He used to work in the top research team for surgical robot in China and now is working as a Senior Engineer at Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Hong Kong Institute of Science & Innovation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has published more than 10 papers and been granted over 10 invention patents.
