Mechanical Development Engineer

机械开发工程师

岗位职责

1、负责耗材器械产品开发，包含产品结构方案设计、产品工艺方案设计及实现；

2、协助系统测试工程师完成器械产品测试及设计问题封闭； 

3、负责与外协供应商完成物料技术问题沟通和解决； 

4、 参与医疗器械产品开发流程建设和机械专业方向开发平台建设；  

5、参与医疗器械产品开发文档撰写与开发资料归档。

任职要求：

1、机械设计、机械设计、机电一体化、材料工程、精密仪器工程等相关专业，本科以上学历，2年以上医疗器械产品开发设计经验，医疗耗材产品开发优先；

2、熟悉机械制图、机械设计、机械制造工艺、塑胶金属材料、模具等知识；

3、熟悉精密机加，注塑成型，挤塑成型等机械成型工艺；

4、熟悉激光焊接、胶水点胶、超声焊接、热压热熔等工艺；

5、熟悉医疗器械耗材产品开发，耗材产品选材，耗材产品灭菌无菌等，对耗材产品工艺稳定性分析，产品质量管控，成本控制具有相关经验；

6、熟悉产品结构设计规范和开发流程，能熟练进行公差分析和强度仿真分析；

7、熟练使用二维/三维画图/有限元分析软件，如Creo(Pro/E)、Solidworks，CAD、Abaqus等；

8、具有良好的学习、沟通和团队协作能力；思维清晰，逻辑闭环，做事积极主动。

Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for the development of consumable medical device products, including product structural design, process design, and implementation.

2.Assist system test engineers in product testing and the resolution of design issues.

3.Responsible for communicating and resolving technical material-related issues with external suppliers.

4.Participate in the establishment of medical device product development processes and the construction of mechanical development platforms.

5.Participate in the writing of medical device product development documentation and the archiving of development materials.

 Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, Precision Instrument Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device product development and design; experience in consumable medical product development is preferred.

2.Proficient in knowledge areas such as mechanical drawing, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, plastic/metal materials, and mold design.

3.Familiar with precision machining, injection molding, extrusion molding, and other mechanical forming processes.

4.Familiar with processes such as laser welding, adhesive dispensing, ultrasonic welding, and heat staking.

5.Experienced in the development of medical consumable products, including material selection, sterilization/aseptic requirements, process stability analysis, quality control, and cost management.

6.Familiar with product structural design standards and development processes, capable of performing tolerance analysis and strength simulation.

7.Proficient in using 2D/3D CAD and finite element analysis software, such as Creo (Pro/E), SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Abaqus.

8.Strong learning, communication, and teamwork skills; critical thinking, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
